RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MINDFUL MESS CO

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at mindfulmesscompany@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please contact us at mindfulmesscompany@gmail.com before initiating any return, and we will provide you with the correct return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mindfulmesscompany@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
